This Site provides information about and facilitates the booking of murder mystery events (the "Services") offered by We Are The Drama. The Services include, but are not limited to:

Public Events: Pre-scheduled murder mystery events open to the public.

Private Events: Murder mystery events tailored for private groups, such as corporate events, parties, and fundraisers​

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings for events can be made through the Site or by contacting We Are The Drama directly.

Payment for events is due in full at the time of booking.

Refunds may be available under certain circumstances, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy (see below).

4. Cancellation Policy

Public Events: 6 weeks prior to event or more: Full refund.

Private Events: Due to the work and creative process that goes into creating private events, any cancellation 5 weeks or less before date of event incurs an administration fee of 50% of booking total.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of We Are The Drama or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from this Site without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
We Are The Drama shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

The information on this Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Additional Clauses:

Age Restrictions: Due to the nature of some of our events, the minimum age requirement for events is 13 years or older.

Code of Conduct: We Are The Drama will not tolerate any form of abuse leading up to or during an event. In the case of any of our staff experiencing this type of behaviour, the event will immediately be brought to a stop and you understand and agree that no refund will be offered.

Privacy Policy: Include a link to your website's Privacy Policy.

Photography/Videography: The taking of photographs and videos is welcomed and actively encouraged at our events. We also take pictures at some events for use in social media posts and marketing materials.

Liability Waiver: Our events are all live action with some staged fights or arguments by trained actors. Whilst we take every care to ensure the safety of all our guests, We Are The Drama accepts no liability for any loss or injury to any person or persons during one of these events.

Force Majeure: We Are The Drama have the right to cancel or postpone an event, should it pose any type of threat to our crews. This includes, but in not limited to:

Government actions like new laws or orders

Wars, whether declared or not

Riots or civil disturbances

Nuclear or chemical contamination

Failure of public infrastructure

Natural disasters like earthquakes, floods, or hurricanes

Acts of terrorism

Strikes
